No matter where you live, no matter what you order, your Lujo product will arrive on your doorstep, absolutely free of charge.

EVEN FILLED BEAN BAGS?

Yes, we also ship filled bean bags all over New Zealand, free of charge.

We will charge for the actual bean filling, but this wont cost you any more than if you were to buy the beans in most standard retail outlets. The bonus is that you don’t have to do the filling yourself – the bean bags will arrive ready to relax in.

DELIVERY TIMES

At all times we will endeavor to deliver your goods within 3-10 days.

However, if for unforeseen circumstances we think we cannot meet this delivery timeframe we will contact you directly

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders are tracked from pick up to delivery.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order ships you will receive a dispatch notification by email or text, followed by notifications at various stages of the delivery process.

We monitor shipments on a daily basis to minimize any unnecessary transit delays. Unfortunately, these are sometimes out of our control, but rest assured we will endeavor to help you resolve these as quickly as possible.
