5 Year Outdoor Warranty
By insisting on the use of only top grade materials and consistently high quality levels of manufacture, Lujo Outdoor Furniture has been created to offer maximum outdoor longevity, even in the harshest of climates.
The Lujo Outdoor Guarantee is issued to the original purchaser of Lujo Outdoor Furniture and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 Years from the date of purchase.
The Lujo Outdoor Guarantee does not cover:
- Cracks, splits and twisting in the timber. This is not a manufacturing defect. It is natural behaviour of wood suitable for use outdoors.
- Damages incurred from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or acts of God.
- Transference to a second owner.
- Commercial, contract, or non residential use.
For repairs covered by the guarantee Lujo will, at its option, either exchange the item or carry out the repairs. In this instance, transportation will be arranged by Lujo.
If a particular product is no longer available, Lujo reserves the right to replace or substitute with a current model.
Bean Suppliers
For cost efficiencies Lujo Bean Bags are shipped without beans. Below, you’ll find a list of polystyrene bean suppliers.
With use, the beans will compress, giving the beanbag the more scooped-out comfort they’re famous for. However, over time you may want to add more beans so that the bean bag retains its shape - it all comes down to personal preference.
